No, parents/legal guardians, family members and friends are not allowed to watch during practice. To ensure each child is present and attentive, all practices are closed unless stated otherwise.

Yes, practices are insured. Each cheerleader is also required to carry their own insurance. In addition, each athlete is required to have their own medical insurance coverage.
